completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible
for a return, items must be:
– Unused and in their original condition
– In the original packaging
– Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
Due to hygiene reasons, used sleep masks or sleep accessories cannot be
returned.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, customers must record a
clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
The video must:
– Begin before the package is opened
– Clearly show the sealed packaging
– Show the item and its condition once opened
Return or damage claims cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.
This requirement helps us verify product condition during delivery and resolve
issues quickly for our customers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the
approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives
damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
