Most slippers can be cleaned with gentle hand washing or spot cleaning. Always allow
them to air dry naturally.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your
location and are usually between 2–12 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you
can monitor the delivery.

photos along with your unboxing video so we can assist you.
